Fill in the Application Form
Enter the required details such as your full name, date of birth, father’s name, and address.
Attach scanned copies of necessary documents like:
Aadhaar Card
Residence proof (electricity bill, water bill, etc.)
School or college certificate (if applicable)
An affidavit (if required)

Fill in the details along with Pariwar register. The data is available on portal through aadhar or other ids
