Many iPhone 13/14 users are reporting issue that iPhone camera is not working and while to trying to use camera from different apps like TikTok, Google Lens it keeps on giving error “Camera is not available. To enable the camera, exit Split View mode”.

The iPhone is not being used in any Split view mode but still it says exit split view mode to use the iPhone camera. Hence the iPhone users are confused as what needs to be done to fix this issue and how to turn off the Split View Mode.

The iPhone camera not working due to split screen mode seems to be software glitch that can be fixed by a simple reboot to the iPhone. Restart the iPhone having this issue and once the phone is up this should fix the issue.

If you continue to see “Camera is not available. To enable the camera, exit Split View mode” with third party apps like Google Lens and TikTok then to fix the issue, try resetting the iPhone settings. To do that Go to iPhone Settings app > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset. It will reset all iPhone setting to default and will fix any camera related glitches.

If still you are not able to use camera with third party apps due to exit Split View mode error then delete and reinstall the app from Appstore to fix the app issue with Camera.
