How to fix iPhone 16 Pro Max is stuck on “cellular setup complete” screen ?

Many iPhone 16 Pro Max users are facing issue while setting up the new iPhone. The iPhone 16 is stuck on screen “cellular setup complete” and not move forward at all. The transfer process froze immediately after the phone number transfer.

 This is annoying issue as while setting up the iPhone 16 from old iPhone like iPhon 14, and the number is  transferred from the old phone. The iPhone 16 Pro max appears to be stuck on ‘Cellular Setup Complete,’ with only the greyed-out bar at the bottom of the screen and a spinning ‘thinking’ icon.

Try Hard rebooting iPhone 16:

 For many users facing “cellular setup complete” on new iPhone 16 Pro Max is resolved by hard rebooting the iPhone. To hard reboot an iPhone 16, quickly press and release the Volume Up button, quickly press and release the Volume Down button, then press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears.

Try iCloud:

If still you are stuck on “cellular setup complete”, try to restart the iPhone 16 Pro and perform a transfer using iCloud backup instead of Quick Start, as Quick Start caused multiple issues with a previous model a few years ago. Consider skipping it in the future.
