Fortnite crew not showing up in subscriptions to cancel ? : Many Xbox One / Series X and PS 5/4 users are facing issue with Crew Subscription as they Can’t Find Fortnite Crew Subscription to Cancel. Fix : Check Crew Subscription in Service List

On you PS4,PS5 option to cancel the Crew membership is under Services List right under Playstation Subscriptions, click that and choose Fortnite and Fortnite Crew Pack

To cancel Fortnight Crew subscription on PS4 Open Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Service List.-> Crew Subscription->Cancel.

To cancel Fortnight Crew subscription on PS5 open Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Game & App Services.

Fix : Cancel Subscription from PlayStation Website

You can also cancel Fortnight Crew subscription on PS4 & PS5 from the Playstation account. Open the Playstation website to cancel a crew subscription purchased on a Playstation console, follow these steps:

Navigate to store.playstation.com
Sign in to your account for Playstation Network account
Click on Subscriptions Management
Select Turn Off Auto Renew

Fix : Turn Off Auto pay

If you are not able to cancel the Crew subscription on Xbox and PS 4, then on Xbox one and PS 4 you can also turn off the Auto pay option and this will terminate the Crew subscription. On Xbox go online and turn off auto pay it cancel will cancel the subscription but you will keep everything

Fix : Firmware Update

If you are running outdated version on your console PS4/Xbox then you could see such issues like Crew subscription cancel option missing. Always keep your Console to latest version available. Check in the setting for any pending updates and update to latest version available
