Apple Wallet says “Pass Disabled” for TicketMaster

Apple wallet is a great app from Apple that lets you save your ticket passes, card information, car keys etc. But recently since iPhone users are facing issue with Apple wallet showing “Pass disabled” error. This seems to be issue with the Apple wallet app as Ticketmaster concert tickets in the Wallet randomly shows “Pass Disabled” and “This pass is associated with a different Apple ID”. 

The issue is with Ticketmaster which is one of the largest online ticket selling platform in USA. All of a sudden Apple wallet start saving for Ticketmaster pass disabled. Different iPhone users including flagship iPhone 14, 13 pro max,X are reporting this issue. This is highly annoying for the user who have concert in short notice and are stuck with Pass disabled issue on the Apple Wallet. 

How to fix Apple Wallet showing “Pass Disabled” : Ticketmaster ?

If you are also facing pass disabled issue on Ticketmaster with your iPhone using Apple wallet then this could be issue with Ticketmaster and not with Apple ,iPhone. From Apple support team it is reported that the issue is on Ticketmaster side as the AppleID is recorded incorrectly within the Ticketmaster system.  

Sine the issue is linked to Ticketmaster, Apple has no way to fix this, and that you will have to ask the TicketMaster to help. Since the the issue is only with the Ticketmaster platform and other ticketing platforms are working fine on the Apple Wallet and iPhone/iPad.

Workaround to fix Ticketmaster not working with Apple wallet: iPhone 14/12

If you are not able to get fixed “Pass Disabled” error on Apple wallet app then you can try a workaround with the Ticketmaster. Simply delete the ticker from your wallet and add them to your friend/spouse and it should worke in other iPhone.

Other way to fix Ticketmaster ticket disabled on Apple wallet is to remove the passes from your apple wallet and access them from the Ticketmaster app.
