How to fix Diablo Immortal Controller Not Working ?

The much awaited Diablo Immortal now available for mobile and PC players. But while both versions of the game have well-designed controls and best thing is Diablo Immortal offers controller support on both mobile and PC.

As per the support, each platform has its own list of officially supported controllers, but on iOS, Android and PC all big brand controller are supported. Like Sony Series X/S Controller , Xbox Elite controller are supported.

But recently many users are reporting issue that controllers don’t work on diablo immortal PC, both xbox series X and ps5 controllers. Even when tried wired and via Bluetooth , None of the configurations have the same result in the game not registering axis movements thus analogs and triggers don’t work. While in some cases the controller does work but there is an extreme lag while playing the game. In some cases some controls of joystick work but some of them does not respond at all.

Fix : Relaunch the Game

One easy solution that is working for most of the users is to relaunch the game using below steps :

1. Close the game and launcher completely, plug in/turn on your controller or whatever you need to do.
2. Open the launcher and game
3. Use the controller to enter the game

Fix : Change Game settings

Some users are able to fix lag/drifting issue by changing Diablo Immortal game settings. For example the drifting issue can be solved through increasing Deadzone in the game settings which seems to works for xbox and Dualshock.
